What is an escape room?
An escape room is an immersive game experience where you and your team must work together to find objects, uncover clues, and solve puzzles to advance through a story and win your way out.
Can I do your room by myself?
At the moment, all of our VR and real-life escape rooms are played cooperatively; 2 up to 10 players. We recommend 4-6 as a good size group.
Is there an age limit?
Yes and no. Groups with persons ages 12-17 are welcome provided a paying adult is present with them. This is an insurance/liability directive. Due to the nature of the experience, it may not be cost-effective for anyone younger as the puzzles may be beyond their logical comprehension. However, we do welcome individuals (not groups) as young as 7 to play ALONGSIDE their guardians.
When should we arrive?
Consider arriving before your slotted time slot. We recommend at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking, so you can fill out our waiver and free picture form, as well as go over your game's rules. Also, you may need extra time to find our location, use the restroom, etc. If you're early we have a comfortable lobby area with casual brain teasers that you can enjoy until your team arrives or your game time starts.
**PLEASE NOTE: Arriving after your scheduled time will result in less than the 75 minute room time. And cannot be rescheduled. Anything after 15 minutes will be considered a NO-SHOW with NO REFUND.**
What if we're late?
We can wait for late arrivals for up to 10 minutes. Call us at 210-437-4517 if you anticipate being late. Late arrivals may have time deducted from their game clock. Absolutely NO refunds will be given for late arrival beyond the grace period or no-shows. Escape rooms must run on a tight schedule since another booked time slot likely follows right behind your game time.
Are your games wheelchair accessible?
Most of our escape rooms are accessible. The VR games are fully accessible and our real-life games have steps that can be circumnavigated. Though not all puzzles in the game are accessible by wheelchair, many of them are.
Where are you located?
We are located in Cibolo, Texas off of FM78. Just a few miles northeast of JBSA Randolph Air Force Base, on the northeast side of San Antonio
