Service refer to the sale of bookings offered for sale on our website.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Website refers to Kwest Club Escape Adventures, accessible from https://kwestclub.com/
You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Service Cancellation and Refund Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Service within 24 hours prior to your booking without giving any reason for doing so.
Due to the nature of game reservations and bookings, there is no refund within 24 hours prior to the booking slot. You may, however, reschedule your booking for a later date.
In the case of no-shows, bookings may not be rescheduled.
If you show up 15 minutes after your booking, you and your party will be considered a no-show.

If you are eligible for a refund we will reimburse You no later than 7 calendar days from the day on which We receive the request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns of tangible products.
In purchase for the Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· The Order was purchased in the last 14 days
The following Orders cannot be returned:
· The supply of Orders that have been clearly used beyond good condition (i.e. damaged or worn).
· The supply of Orders made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
· The supply of Orders that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of Orders that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Orders may be refunded. Unfortunately, Orders on sale, or won by way of a contest or sweepstakes, cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Orders

We cannot be held responsible for Orders damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Order or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Orders were marked as a gift when purchased and then digitally shipped or given directly to you, you may be eligible to receive a gift credit for the value of your return; provided the Order meets the criteria above and is unopened in original packaging. Once you've returned the product and it's received, a Kwest Club Escape Adventure gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
